DAXX
ACTOR SINGER DANCER CREATIVE
Daxx (they/them) is a trans non-binary Lebanese American actor based in Brooklyn, New York. Somewhat recent graduate of Oklahoma City University with a B.M. in Musical Theatre, Daxx is a lifelong dancer and experienced storyteller. Most recently seen in the professional debut of Emily Zemba's Superstitions with OKC Rep and Signature Theatre’s production of A Chorus Line featuring new choreography by Denis Jones,
Daxx is a passionate performer and lover of the arts with goals to represent people like themselves, their family, and friends on stage and screen as well as to create inclusive new works and thoughtful reimagining of classic compositions. They also currently act on the board of The Lexington Theatre Company’s Inclusivity Advisory Committee; located in Kentucky, The Lex served as a training ground and Equity production experience for Daxx during the summers of 2017 and 2018. As an alum, they are proud to work with the IAC to instill effective and positive change in the performance industry from the ground up.
